All photos – hereinafter referred to as the Works – are subject to copyright for the protection of intellectual property. By submitting the Works to the LINIE editorial team, the rights holder/representative of these Works confirms that they possess the necessary usage rights and warrants that they are entitled to grant these rights to the LINIE editorial team. Submission occurs via email or the use of a file-sharing service. The usage rights are transferred on a simple, non-exclusive, perpetual, and geographically unrestricted basis. The transfer of usage rights to third parties by the LINIE editorial team is not permitted. Furthermore, the rights holder/representative agrees that the Works may be made publicly accessible and reproduced by the LINIE editorial team within the publications LINIE Magazine, LINIE Letter, and LINIE Now. These publications are permitted without stating the rights holder / author / representative and are always in the context of a brand of the rights holder / representative. Moreover, the rights holder/representative shall indemnify and hold LINIE harmless from any claims for damages and costs. For optimal integration of the Works, the rights holder/representative grants the LINIE editorial team permission to edit the Works in terms of size and color.
